How do I order?

Don't forget to include your billing information, in case we need to reach you regarding your order. Your billing information entered must match the address assigned to your credit card.

 By Phone at 718 520-7520 Customer Service representatives are available to take your order between 10AM ET and 6pm ET Monday through Thursday, and 10 AM ET - 12pm ET on Fridays. Customer Service is closed on Saturdays.

 What is your return policy?

At Kandi Kastle we stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If there's a problem with your order we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction with our product.

Special orders and any opened items are not refundable. 

We ask that you keep the original box that your order came in as well as your invoice, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process
